Milk Tea Lens

Sometimes I see the world in varying shades of food (does that even make sense)? The farther you step back and view from a different perspective, the more you see. Don't limit yourself. There are endless possibilities of what you can be. How do you envision your world?

Dive into Homemade Pudding

Sometimes you just feel like diving into a blob of pudding (or is it just me)?
If only there were a pudding mattress.

My Neko Atsume Addiction

These past few weeks have brought me into addiction with this cat game developed by HitPoint. Now, I'm normally more of a dog-lover rather than a cat one but this game that seemed so pointless at first glance has gotten me hooked. Maybe because I feel like a PokeMaster and I gotta catch 'em all. The picture above shows the game a few days after I first started it, I had no idea how to play it on the first day and thus lost many pictures of my beloved kitties.

Apparently all you do is check in every once in a while after laying out some cat food to see if new cats have arrived and take a picture of those who visit with the camera function from the top-left menu button. Then just access your cat album, click twice on your favorite cat selfie to select the best shot and voila, it'll replace that default cat head profile pic in your catbook. Just repeat this process until all the cats and mementos have been collected (or forever because the combination of cuteness is just endless). You could also name your cats but I just stick to the original to retain the integrity of the cats (jk, jk).

The mementos come at random times but if you check on your yard frequently, it'll raise the probabilities of getting one. After a cat has left, it leaves gifts in silver or goldfish. After you have collected enough goldfish, you can choose to expand from the shop and thereafter choose to remodel by selecting "Other" from the menu after you have enough goldfish again. There are also rare cats in the game and each requires different cat food or toys/furniture from the shop to collect. Most of them require stuff which you need goldfish to purchase. Beware of Tubbs (a rare cat) since he eats all the good stuff. As of now, I still have not collected all my rare cats because some may prefer one toy over the other and also because I can't check on my cats 24/7 (although I've been pretty close to doing so the past two weeks). Mainly the rarity of the cats makes the game so addicting to me. There's no ad pop-ups and I don't have to commit to spending a chunk of my day completing a level so it's so suitable for busy people like me who need some boost of accomplishment.

My remodel (Zen Style) and two rare cats (Chairman Meow on far left and Ms. Fortune on right in the red cardboard house)

Bubble Tea Luv

I've always wondered how to stop this obsession. Hope I'm not alone in this. Always getting my weekly (maybe daily) fix.

Original, green milk tea, taro, the possibilities are endless. But original's my soulmate flavor. What's yours?
